1. About these terms

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts

You must keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your school's administrators decide who has access to its information within the Service.

3. Using the Service

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of supporting children's and young people's wellbeing, and in line with your organisation's safeguarding and data protection policies. You must not misuse the Service, try to access it in ways we haven't provided, or interfere with its operation.

4. Free trials and demo schools

Trial access is provided through a demo school for [30] days, after which it becomes read-only for [30] days and is then permanently deleted, together with all information in it and the accounts linked to it. Demo schools must not contain real children's personal information.

5. Your information

Your school remains responsible for the information it enters about children and staff. We process that information on the school's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and [data processing agreement].
